The song explores the idea of examining one’s own faults, and as the band said, “the idea that the faults we see in others may actually be things we dislike about ourselves.” The song provides a lucid experience with a whimsical spirit.
Indie rock band Mantra Love, comprised of brothers Derek and Fabian Silva, formed in 2014 and were influenced by garage rock bands such as The Strokes and psychedelic bands like Tame Impala and Flaming Lips. They have released a self-titled EP and toured along with Holy Wave, Ringo Deathstarr, La Luz, Night Beats, The Halfways and more.
