Scartoon released his second single “Fangs ft. T. Rabb” off his upcoming album “The American Psycho,” coming out June 9, via Artist Mafia Records.
“Fangs” is a very experimental, progressive track with a vocoder that heavily distorts the vocals in a trance-like way. The second half of the song has T. Rabb rapping to add an intense flare to pumping beats.
Scartoon is the creation of Producer/DJ Anthony Wynkoop from Las Vegas. His journey into music begins at age 21 when he was aspiring to be a Navy SEAL. He walked into a nightclub for the first time when he happened to see a performance by Diplo. Feeling the inspiration from this musical enlightenment, he went on to collaborate with Laissez Faire who went on to support Diplo, Floss, and Mija. In 2015, Anthony started his own label, Artist Mafia Records, that focuses on promoting talented artists in Vegas.
In just a short time, Anthony is already on the path to releasing his debut album, which will feature Denisse Bourquez, Dayne Melvin, Jae Douglass, T. Rabb, Ria, and Audrey Brazelle. The “American Psycho” record has a host of singers, writers, and friends that truly represents an independent product straight from the heart of Sin City. Check out “Break ft. Audrey Brazelle” here:
